Ming-ming Zheng, male, born in 1983, Ph.D., researcher, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Key Laboratory of Lipid Chemistry and Nutrition, was selected for the first Hubei Provincial Youth Talent Development Program, and guest editor of Journal of Lipids. In 2010, he graduated from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Science of Wuhan University with a doctorate degree in analytical chemistry. In the same year, he has worked in the institute until now. From 2016 to 2017, he visited the University of California, Riverside for one year. Focusing on the research on lipid-directed molecular modification and product creation, he presided over 8 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Fund, and the provincial and horizontal projects. Among them, the first author or corresponding author is in "Bioresource Technology", More than 20 SCI papers have been published in "Food Chemistry" and other journals, with a total of more than 600 SCI citations and an H index of 15. Participated in the compilation of 2 scientific and technological works including "Study on the Sustainable Development Strategy of China's Modern Agricultural Industry". Authorized 10 national invention patents, 1 PCT international patent, and 1 new resource food production license (phytosterol ester). As the main performer, he won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked eighth) and the first prize of the China Agricultural Research Achievement Award (ranked ninth).

The shelling rate of the "camellia seed sheller" is as high as high as 95%, the raw material, the raw material without grading, and the separation effect, suitable for shelling a variety of oil seeds with shells; high quality rapeseed oil 7D processing technology integrates "7D" technologies such as deep oil selection (1D), microwave upgrading and aroma generation (2D), low temperature and low residual oil pressing (3D), low temperature green refining (4D), delicious nutrition enhancement (5D), full-process automatic control (6D) and standard and quality management (7D), realizing (1) light process simplification: compared with salad oil, the process is reduced by more than 50%, occupying less land and saving investment.
