Wei Fang, female, born in 1979, Ph.D., researcher and doctoral supervisor. In 2007, he graduated from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Science of Wuhan University with a Ph.D., and has been working in the same year until now. Mainly engaged in oil lipidomic/metabolomic analysis methods and application research, and made important progress in the high-throughput analysis methods and application research of complex biological lipids based on mass spectrometry technology, providing for oil lipid metabolism and nutrition research It provides efficient analysis methods and comprehensive and in-depth data. Presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial-level competitive scientific research projects (including 3 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China), participated in the completion of major research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the National 863 Program Subject research. He has published 95 research papers in important domestic and foreign journals, of which 65 are included in SCI (the highest impact factor of a single article is 11.5), and the H index is 25. Obtained 9 national invention patents and 1 software copyright. Participated in the compilation of 3 monographs (1 monograph in English). Served as a young editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Oil Crops, and a reviewer of international mainstream food science journals such as Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and Food Chemistry.
