Director of the Chinese Agricultural Society, Executive Director of the China Chapter of the American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS), Editorial Board Member of journals including “Food Safety and Healthy” and “Oil Crop Science,” and Chief of the Chutian Talent Innovation Team in Hubei Province. Primarily engaged in research and industrialization of key technologies related to the biosynthesis of functional lipids and enzyme-based preparation methods. Has developed more than 10 new products, including highly active enzyme catalysts, L-ascorbyl esters, and sterol esters. Has led over 10 projects, including those under the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, and industry-academia-research collaboration initiatives. Holds over 30 authorized invention patents in China, the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries. Received three awards, including the Second Prize for National Scientific and Technological Progress and the Youth Innovation Award from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
