Wen-lin li, male, born in 1977, Ph.D., researcher, deputy director of the Product Processing and Nutrition Research Office of the Oil Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Oil Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture, and executive director of the Oil Branch of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association. Focusing on researches on high-efficiency, green and low-consumption processing technology and equipment for oil, presided over more than 10 topics including national key research and development projects, major scientific and technological research projects in Hubei Province, and sub-projects of the National Science and Technology Support Program, and 20 authorized patents (16 invention patents) ), 7 appraisal results, 35 papers published, and 2 scientific and technological works. The research results have been promoted and applied in oil processing enterprises in Hubei, Jiangxi, Fujian, Yunnan, Tianjin, Hunan, Sichuan, Jilin, Guizhou, Zhejiang, Qinghai and Tibet, and have achieved significant social and economic benefits.
