Dr., Researcher, Senior Chief of the Innovative Team for Oilseed Quality Chemistry and Processing Utilization at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; Director of the Key Laboratory for Oilseed Processing under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Oilseed and Oil Processing Technologies; Deputy Director of the National Rapeseed Engineering Technology Research Center; and Chairman of the National Innovation Alliance for Healthy Oils and Fats Industry. Has been engaged in research on efficient oilseed processing and nutrition. Significant progress has been made in areas such as low-temperature pressing technology for producing high-quality oils and proteins from shelled (husked) oilseeds, key technologies for green and efficient preparation of functional lipids, and the development of related products. A set of technologies has been established for green, loss-reducing, quality-improving, and efficiency-enhancing diversified utilization of oilseed resources. As the primary contributor, he/she has received two Second-Class National Awards for Scientific and Technological Progress, seven First-Class Awards at provincial and ministerial levels, and two China Patent Excellence Awards. Holds 50 Chinese invention patents and U.S. patents. Has published 265 papers as first or corresponding author (including 102 indexed in SCI), authored six books, and drafted three national and industry standards. Received honors including National Advanced Worker in Agriculture, National Outstanding Talent in Agricultural Research, China Youth Science and Technology Award, and National-level Expert under the “Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Talents Project” for the New Century.

The "rapeseed peeling and separation device" adopts a variety of principles to integrate, is fast and efficient, and has a high peeling rate, which can significantly improve the feeding efficiency of cake meal. The shelling rate of the "camellia seed sheller" is as high as high as 95%, the raw material, the raw material without grading, and the separation effect, suitable for shelling a variety of oil seeds with shells; high quality rapeseed oil 7D processing technology integrates "7D" technologies such as deep oil selection (1D), microwave upgrading and aroma generation (2D), low temperature and low residual oil pressing (3D), low temperature green refining (4D), delicious nutrition enhancement (5D), full-process automatic control (6D) and standard and quality management (7D), realizing (1) light process simplification: compared with salad oil, the process is reduced by more than 50%, occupying less land and saving investment.
