Gong Yangmin, male, born in 1976, Ph.D., associate researcher. In 2010, he graduated from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a PhD in Science. Working in the same year until now, mainly engaged in microbial lipid metabolism regulation and synthetic biology, oil-based biotransformation and high-value utilization related research. Presided over and participated in 11 sub-projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National High-tech Development Program (863 Project) related to microbial metabolism. The first author or corresponding author is in "Progress in Lipid Research", "Molecular & Cellular Proteomics", " "Biotechnology for Biofuels" and other magazines published more than 26 SCI papers, and obtained 3 authorized national invention patents. As the main finisher, he has won the Hubei Province Natural Science Excellent Academic Paper Award (2016, ranked first), the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award (2018, ranked sixth), and the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award (2015, ranked No. 13). Currently serving as the guest editor of the journal Frontiers in Bioengineering & Biotechnology.

The shelling rate of the "camellia seed sheller" is as high as high as 95%, the raw material, the raw material without grading, and the separation effect, suitable for shelling a variety of oil seeds with shells; high quality rapeseed oil 7D processing technology integrates "7D" technologies such as deep oil selection (1D), microwave upgrading and aroma generation (2D), low temperature and low residual oil pressing (3D), low temperature green refining (4D), delicious nutrition enhancement (5D), full-process automatic control (6D) and standard and quality management (7D), realizing (1) light process simplification: compared with salad oil, the process is reduced by more than 50%, occupying less land and saving investment.
