The proposal proposes that firstly, we must strengthen the publicity of edible oil nutrition knowledge, widely publicize edible oil science and nutrition and health knowledge, and guide consumers to choose edible oil scientifically; secondly, implement the healthy edible oil project and build a high-quality edible oil production technology system, research and development, Promote green, moderate and precise edible oil processing technology and equipment, prevent and control risk factors, avoid the loss of beneficial lipids in edible oil, and create a high-quality edible oil brand; third, eat good oil, eat healthy oil, and optimize eating Oil intake structure, increase the intake of unsaturated fatty acids and beneficial lipid companions that are beneficial to human health, increase the intake of canola oil rich in α-linolenic acid and a reasonable balance of fatty acids; four must be reasonable and scientific Use oil, avoid excessive and high-temperature cooking methods, save oil, and choose reasonable cooking methods to reduce the loss of nutrients in the edible oil and the production of oxidation by-products.
The National Healthy Oil Industry Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, through collaborative research covering the entire industry chain of healthy oils, has constructed a database of 30 categories and 1,200 oil quality characteristics, established a database of more than 100 representative oil varieties, and further matured the 7D function. High-quality rapeseed oil processing technology, equipment and automation platform, and promoted and applied in 17 provinces (cities) including Hubei, Jiangxi and Sichuan, in order to promote the structural reform of the oil and fat supply side, ensure national food safety, and promote "Healthy China" The implementation of the strategy provides strong support.
