Chen Hongjian, male, born in 1990, Ph.D., Distinguished Associate Researcher, Expert of the Hubei Provincial Committee of Agricultural and Rural Affairs of the CPPCC for Political Participation and Deliberation. In June 2019, he graduated from the School of Food Science and Engineering of Jiangnan University with a Ph.D. in Food Science and Engineering. In the same year, he has been working until now, focusing on the research on the physical and chemical properties of lipids and the steady-state processing. Presided over 3 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and the Director’s Fund, and published more than ten research papers. Among them, the first author published 6 academic papers in "FoodChemistry", "FoodControl" and other magazines, authorized 2 national patents.

Rapeseed Peel and Peel-kernel Separation System
